When hatred becomes historical, the changing world around us is ignored and it becomes the rear-view mirror of emotions and hurt that painfully reflects the past and drives the future.

 

Training and education, understanding histories, and letting new, hopeful paradigms emerge ... that is what we do.

It takes involvement, personnel, and marshalling all of the modern world's tools to initiate the processes of change. It is not easy, but it is a high calling with great rewards.
